If you need to exchange or refund your recent order, please follow these simple steps:
Please note that if you’re not based in the UK or returning an item within the first 14 days, you must organize your delivery back to us.
You may return any item within the first 14 days of purchase. Please contact us, and we will do our best to fix any problems.
When we get your returned items, we will complete your refund within three to five days. Please be aware that depending on your payment method, the refund may take longer to appear in your account.
If you want to swap your purchase for anything else, please contact us and we will assist you in finding a more appropriate product.
We follow the Distance Selling Regulations and allow returns of goods opened for examination. You are eligible for a refund if you return the goods within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure that the goods are in the same condition in which they were sold, including all accessories and any items included in your order, as well as the original, undamaged packing. The product should not have been used or any personal information entered (files, an active iCloud account, music, images). Please handle the things with care and refrain from using them while in your possession.
